JOURNALING

I did not think journaling would be for me because I have poor handwriting and no discernible artistic talent. Still struggling to use a ruler. Failed high school geometry. Never committed to a planner or a diary for more than a week.

When I finally gave it a try, I was pleasantly surprised to find that journaling helps keep me organized, and that habit tracking improves my mental health. Drawing calendars and planners, developing writing trackers and tools, and making detailed lists are more Zen than expected.

Besides, it builds character to devote time to something you're terrible at.
